Fix a Tripped Circuit Breaker

If this happens, just locate your breaker panel and determine which breaker has flipped. Flip the switch all the way to the off position and then back over to the on position. Though it may seem like a simple task, this can fix a large number of basic electrical issues.

Change Light Bulbs

You will have to change many light bulbs over the course of home ownership. Doing so for many of us is almost routine. Though it may seem like an almost mindless task, it is very important to maintain a certain level of safety when changing out your light bulbs. Always turn off the switch to stop all electricity from reaching your fixture. You can then remove the old bulb and replace it with a new one.
