When remodeling or renovating my home, what electrical services should I keep in mind?
You have a great opportunity to save a lot of time and money by handling electrical upgrades when you’re remodeling or renovating your home. Some homeowners use a renovation as an opportunity to upgrade their existing system and set their home up for the future. Once work begins, it is much easier to do a thorough overhaul of the wiring in one shot, saving you money and time. The results are a wiring system perfectly suited to your expanding needs as time goes on. Keep Elcon Electric in mind for this project.
Does my electrical need upgrading?
While the demands of this new part of your house are of paramount concern, they don’t exist in a vacuum. Adding something like a large appliance or hot tub can create excessive burden on your existing electrical system.
In those cases, wiring an addition is much more complicated than adding another circuit. As a qualified electrician, we’ll evaluate the overall state of your current system and determine if you need new circuits or a new electrical panel installed to handle the new load.
